The period of the 10th to 24th of December was every young person's dream (Well my one for sure). Parents left the house in my care (much to their dismay) and I made it my goal to cherish the moment. How did I use the 2 weeks of complete freedom? By playing my music at a level that my parents would have hated and relaxing, mostly because I was sick for majority of the time. I did go out to the cinema but that was mostly it. Most people were going crazy for Christmas and I was sat there, relieved that I do not do it. Nevertheless, the quiet alone was enough to satisfy me. "They believe they had a holiday", truth is, I was the one who had the true holiday!
